L’événement: Le Rendez-vous annuel du MICC

The MICC Annual Market is a unique opportunity for programmers, artists, and other professionals in the contemporary circus field from here and abroad to meet, exchange ideas, and discover new work.

Over the course of four days, participants enjoy a wide range of activities: professional and artistic events, roundtables, project presentations, and more.

This year, the conferences will focus specifically on issues related to changes in the sector’s funding models, the opportunities and constraints of international distribution in the current geopolitical context, and the impact of these dynamics on creative processes and artistic choices.

Programmers in the performing arts will have the opportunity to discover high-caliber Canadian and international contemporary circus works presented as part of the Festival Montréal Complètement Cirque, North America’s premier international contemporary circus festival.
