The Charles Biddle Prize highlights the exceptional contribution of individuals who have immigrated to Quebec and whose professional and personal commitment contributes to Quebec’s cultural and artistic development. Each of the two recipients, from the National and International and Regional categories, will receive a $5,000 scholarship, an artwork, and visibility in a video capsule produced by La Fabrique culturelle de Télé-Québec.
