Today, Circus Talk aired a panel discussion to take stock one year after the near-complete shutdown of performances worldwide.
Is Circus OK? Urgent Concerns Revisited – One Year into COVI D asks representatives from Europe, Canada, and the United States for their opinion on issues such as the urgent concerns facing the circus arts sector, whether digital is a viable solution for the creation and distribution of works, and what has kept artists engaged and disengaged. The discussion concludes with a look towards the future where each participant shares their vision for circus in the coming years.
The conference is moderated by Kim Campbell, Editor-in-Chief of CircusTalk News. The panelists are:
