 Workshop outline

DAY 1 (90 minutes):
The first part of this series is primarily lecture-based. We will discuss relevant anatomy, biomechanics, and practical application of the peripheral nervous system as related to movement arts. Topics covered day 1 include:

What IS nerve tension? What structures are involved?
How do we determine ifnerve tension is limiting strength & flexibility?
How do we addressnerve tension to optimize strength and flexibility gains?

DAY 2 (90 minutes):
This is when we put everything we learned in part 1 into practice, so be ready to MOVE! We will apply concepts learned on the first day to both upper and lower body nerve tension, covering drills to address nerve tension for the sciatic, femoral, median, and ulnar nerves specifically. We will discuss progressions, regressions, and variations for all nerve mobilizations covered. You will leave with a practical understanding of what nerve tension is, as well as specific and actionable drills for how to immediately apply these concepts to your practice.
