DESCRIPTION
En Piste wishes to offer the community another unique opportunity to meet, mobilize and reflect on its future.
In 2017, in order to document and bear witness to the state of circus arts in Canada, En Piste carried out a national survey reaching more than 500 participants. The alliance also prepared a brief, realized in the context of the Quebec government's cultural policy reforms. The result of these efforts was the master plan, 2017-2027: Cap sur nos territoires - Pour le développement national des arts du cirque.
Today, over two years after the start of the pandemic, where do we stand? What are the achievements we can build on? What are our new challenges? Have the players in the sector shifted? Can we define the circus’ current value chain? What are its strengths and weaknesses?
The AGM FORUM is a pivotal moment to discuss and define priorities for the next four years.
The objective is to present the results of recent consultations and to hear your thoughts, following these new consultations.
