Description
What is a development plan? What is its purpose? And how is it built? How can this tool help us adapt to unexpected events or new development opportunities? After all, it is an integral part of any project creation or company development process. This workshop will give artists, performance-makers, and cultural workers in circus arts a solid foundation that will enable them to carry out a development plan and then seize opportunities to optimize it and adapt it to various realities.
