Training Overview

In this intensive workshop, participants will explore the art of clowning as a training ground for freedom on stage. Here, the work begins with the present moment: what is there, what is missing, what spills over, what disturbs. The present moment will be explored without artifice and without being forced, in order to learn to listen, to express oneself, and to play with nothingness, discomfort, boredom, emotions, and the simple joy of being oneself—radically.

Le Laboratoire du Rien du Tout is a space where we allow ourselves not to know, to make mistakes, to slow down, and to have fun again. A space where emptiness becomes fertile, where seriousness gives way to relaxation, and where the artist rediscovers the freshness and openness of someone who is simply playing.

It’s a place to relearn how to get down to work… and to enjoy it. A place to rediscover the joy of being on stage, stripped of certainties, yet enriched by being in the present moment.
