The good news is that it is possible to better understand where they come from and to learn how to untangle them; it is also possible to acquire tools to prevent them, resolve them, and draw something positive from them.

Participants in this workshop will be invited to take part in several practical exercises—some created from real-life situations experienced within the dance community.
Objectives
- To develop emotional and relational intelligence within oneself that is adapted to the realities of the dance field, in order to foster healthy relationships within a group.
- To develop the ability to observe without judging and to listen without seeking to fix; to practice the art of identifying an emotion and naming it while linking it to a universal need; and to learn how to formulate a clear request in sensitive situations.
