“The organization D’arts et de rêves in Sutton has received a grant of $440,000 for the renovation and expansion of a portion of its building, which houses its artist residencies, among others, for circus artists. Federal MP for Brome–Missisquoi, Lyne Bessette, made the announcement on behalf of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, Steven Guilbeault, on Friday.”
“I am very pleased with the granting of this financial aid to D’arts et de rêves, stated Ms. Bessette in a press release. These renovation works will now allow this cultural organization, well-established in Brome-Missisquoi, to adequately host artists who will contribute to pushing creation to unparalleled heights. Circus artists in aerial disciplines or requiring ground anchors such as the acrobatic pole, as well as visual artists working with large formats, will finally have access to creative spaces that meet their needs.”
