A multidisciplinary artist, Chantal likes to push her limits.
Chantal has always been both active and creative. She loved to explore movement at a young age. With diplomas in dance (EDQ) and theater (UQAM) in her pocket, she turned to the circus arts.
In 2005, she discovered the benefits of yoga and decided to dive headfirst into a great adventure in the search for balance of body and mind.
Among the many disciplines she tried, it is in the practice of slackline and acro yoga that she chose to get involved. She has found extraordinary tools to develop strength and flexibility, listening to herself and others, concentration and awareness. Determined to increase awareness and the pleasure of living in the present moment, Chantal shares her passions through her performances.
