New: Recovery Assistance Program through Increased Training (PARAF)

Today marks the effective date of the Government of Quebec’s Recovery Assistance Program through Increased Training (PARAF).

This program is intended for individuals seeking employment or returning to the workforce after job loss. It allows them to undergo training while receiving an employment assistance allowance of $500 per week, or to have their allowance increased to $500 per week if they are already receiving financial assistance from the Government of Quebec, for the entire duration of the training.
