When will we see the recovery of culture in Quebec? Minister Nathalie Roy gives an interview. 

"Quebec's Minister of Culture and Communications, Nathalie Roy, hopes to be able to announce tomorrow "a first phase of recovery in certain sectors of cultural activity." The arts and culture world in Quebec has been waiting for a recovery plan for several weeks."

"Culture is one of the five priorities of our government and our Prime Minister." says Nathalie Roy, Minister of Culture and Communications and MNA for Montarville.

"The recovery will be smooth and variable," warns the Minister.

"Nathalie Roy also announces that she wants to issue calls for projects to artists to allow them to receive compensation for their creations created during the lockdown and to prepare for the recovery."
