Encouraging support for the dissemination of circus arts  

Last year, we launched our study on dissemination, which affirmed the importance of putting in place a measure to support the circulation of shows as well as all forms of dissemination, in order to structure a network and work on the development of audiences over the long term. Now, thanks to the support of the Conseil des arts et lettres du Québec (CALQ), En Piste will be able to work towards the realization of this wonderful project! Not only will this funding support the circus arts in their development locally, but it comes at a good time to bring hope and momentum to a deeply shaken community.

More concretely, this project will include, among other things, assistance with fees, the creation of outreach tools, professional development activities, and the promotion of circus arts to the public.

We will therefore be working on setting up the project over the next few months and will keep you informed of the development stages. Together with artists, companies, presenters and partners, we will build a perennial network that will foster exchanges and collaborations.
