Why do people choose not to go to certain cultural places? This is the question that Culture Mauricie and researchers from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) began to ask themselves in 2012. For cultural organizations, getting to know their non-audiences - that is, the people who do not attend them - can be useful to foster their strategic development.
