It supports projects that aim to :

  • support the development of Francophone and Acadian communities in Canada

  • promote and encourage the use of French in Canada

  • strengthen ties between Quebecers and Francophones and Francophiles in Canada

  • Strengthen the adherence to an inclusive Francophonie at the pan-Canadian level.

Projects involving exploratory missions, transfers of expertise and partnerships, as well as initiatives by pan-Canadian organizations are eligible.

Projects can be submitted at any time during the year (at least 60 working days before the start of the planned activities). Projects must begin before March 31, 2022 and be adapted to the specific circumstances resulting from the pandemic.

For more information on eligible projects and application requirements, see the information on the Program's webpage (In French).
