COVID-19 Pandemic: Health Measures Update for Entertainment Venues
On December 16, the Health and Social Services Ministry announced new health measures to access certain non-essential locations or activities with a high risk of COVID-19 spread.
As the number of cases continues to rise, as well as the number of hospitalizations, resulting from the Omicron variant, the Quebec government has announced new health measures.
As of Monday, December 20, all entertainment venues will see their capacity reduced by 50%.
Guidelines reminder:
Vaccination passports are still mandatory in order to have access to specific premises and to engage in certain activities, including entertainment venues. Following standard prevention measures such as hand washing, physical distancing, wearing face coverings and following local guidelines is also very important.
