Festival cancellations from Toronto to Edinburgh 

While Toronto announced yesterday the cancellation of all its festivals until June 30, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, scheduled for August, also confirms its cancellation in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, what will happen to the many summer festivals in Montreal, as well as elsewhere in Canada and around the world?

On April 3, we learned that Équipe Spectra cancelled both the Francos and the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal, and Just for Laughs postponed its festival to the fall.
