Montreal, Tuesday, MAY 24, 2022 - After a resounding success before COVID, international artist Elsie Morin and Les Oiseaux Du Paradis will present the new show LIEBEROSA on June 10 at 7:30 p.m. at Paul-Émile Meloche Hall in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
Designer Elsie Morin, who has been recognized in the artistic and cultural community for more than 25 years, creates in collaboration with the Festi-Cirque de Vaudreuil-Dorion, Anouck Vallée Charest, circus artist, Gaëlle Vuillaume, photographer, Clara Chemtov, contemporary dancer and Geneviève Charest, soprano. A festive evening that takes a look at the courage and uniqueness of women.
This multidisciplinary show combines circus, opera, dance, video, music and will make you live strong emotions. An incursion into the world of this artist who presents touching moments of solidarity between human beings. This sensitive and gentle show demonstrates the strength of teamwork, each one nourished by his passion.

ABOUT LES OISEAUX DU PARADIS
Since 2000, Les Oiseaux Du Paradis (co-founder Elsie Morin) has been operating on an innovative and unique piece of equipment: the rotating pole. This fully automated device allows the creation of 360 degree images. The designer and artist defies the law of gravity and will make you live unforgettable moments. The duo (Elsie Morin and Mathieu Roy) has won several international awards and has performed for more than 800 companies in 22 countries during special events.

ABOUT ELSIE MORIN
Born in Montreal to Haitian parents, Elsie Morin began classical ballet classes at the age of 5. As a teenager, she discovered many different dance styles and developed a particular interest in modern dance. During her high school years, she also dabbled in artistic gymnastics. Her training consists of more than 6000 hours of classes.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and a Certificate in Dance from the Université de Montréal. For more than ten years, she has taught languages and social sciences to students at the undergraduate and graduate levels for several school boards. During this time, she continued to fuel her passion for dance by training, teaching, choreographing, and running her own dance company. It was during her maternity leave that she met Mathieu Roy who convinced her to become an artist and to do a duet with him on the rotating pole.
