Presented by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) in partnership with Culture pour tous, the Charles Biddle Award highlights the outstanding contribution of an individual who immigrated to Quebec and whose personal or professional engagement is contributing to Quebec’s cultural and artistic development.
