Introduction to the Practical Eco-design Guide for the Performing Arts

This training offers a concrete introduction to the Practical Eco-design Guide for the Performing Arts, an essential tool to help integrate environmentally responsible practices into the creation, production, and presentation of artistic works.
Led by Écoscéno experts, this session will provide an overview of the key principles of eco-design and explore simple, effective strategies to reduce the environmental impact of artistic projects.

Flexibility and contorsion: opening, amplitude and spinal movement (30 hours)
October 27 to 31, AND December 8 to 12, 2025
Being a contortionist doesn’t just mean “being flexible.” It’s a body technique that can be learned and developed over time. This workshop aims to demystify spinal movement and range, and is open to all movement artists who wish to improve their flexibility, explore a new approach, and gain tools to integrate it into their practice. No prior contortion skills are required, but good physical condition is recommended.
Develop your first communication strategy
