En Piste, with the support of the Caisse de la Culture, invites you to participate in Mon premier RIDEAU, the largest performing arts market in Quebec. The unmissable annual RIDEAU event brings together 350 performance venues, festivals, and regional networks in Quebec City.
My first RIDEAU will allow three participants to fully dedicate themselves to the networking experience, with the aim of helping to market their show. The selected artists will also be able to discover the Market Place, the showcases, the indoor shows, and be presented at 5@cirque d’En Piste.
En Piste and La Caisse offer the following to the 3 participants:
- Entry to the RIDEAU event (February 17, 18 and 19, 2026)
- Accommodation for 3 nights for people coming from outside Quebec City.
- Travel expenses within Quebec.
- The compensation (per diem) for 3 days
- Support before and during Mon premier RIDEAU.
- A training course with the Cultural Fund
Conditions of participation:
- To be a member of En Piste.
- Participating in the RIDEAU event for the first time.
- To be among the emerging circus artists in Quebec.
- Available on February 17, 18 and 19, 2026.
- To have a show or to be in the process of creating a show for a tour in 2027.
- Not to be part of the official RIDEAU selection.
- Not having an agent who represents your show.
To participate:
Complete the form before October 9, 2025 at 5 p.m., and include a cover letter explaining how Mon premier RIDEAU will contribute to your career and artistic development.
