Survey on Equity and Inclusion in the Circus Arts Community

En Piste is proud to partner with Circus for Change for the promotion of this survey within our community.

By gathering as many responses as possible, we will obtain clear data on the state of the circus arts community regarding equity, bias, and inclusion. This information can then inform institutions and individuals in their reflection on existing practices and stereotypes, with the goal of improving the situation and fostering better living and working conditions together.

We would like to remind you that we will be organizing a working session this fall. Developed in collaboration with Diversité artistique Montréal (DAM), this series of discussions, workshops, and training sessions will enable us to initiate a collective reflection on diversity issues, taking into account the realities experienced by artists from diverse backgrounds, women, emerging artists, and First Nations. Program details will be unveiled in September.

The questionnaire should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous, and only two questions are mandatory.
