As part of its advanced training in circus arts, the Quebec Circus School will, for the first time since its inception, organize the presentation of its graduating students’ capstone project outside its premises and open to the general public. This important educational event represents the ultimate stage of a three-year journey of learning and skill development in their circus disciplines and is not a staged show but rather a sequence of individual, duo, or trio acts designed to analyze and evaluate each graduating student’s skills in creation, interpretation, and performance.
On this occasion, and as a result of the excellent relationship maintained between the management of the iconic performance venue Le Diamant and the Quebec Circus School, it was naturally agreed in a joint agreement between the two institutions that this major event for the next generation of Quebec circus artists would be held in the prestigious 600-seat hall of Le Diamant.
For the first time, the venue will therefore welcome the school’s usual audience for this event outside its own walls, an audience composed of company representatives, guests, and members of the Quebec circus community, but this time also residents of Quebec City eager to discover the results of the students’ work in a presentation worthy of professional circus standards, unveiled on Le Diamant’s stage.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 1st at 7:30 PM to attend this event and encourage the next generation of Quebec circus artists on the eve of their launch into the professional circus market in Quebec and internationally.

Viviane Paradis, Head of Programming, Le Diamant
“The Quebec Circus School is proud that its graduating students can experience performing in a venue as magnificent and important as Le Diamant. What a springboard for the start of their careers! This event will also allow a greater number of Quebecers to discover a cohort of promising artists. Not to be missed!”
