Description
The Gyrokinesis® method is a movement program for the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic and fluid movement sequences.
Pascale Léonard, a certified teacher, presents the GYROKINESIS® method to circus artists in this interactive workshop. Through custom-made exercises adapted to their daily training, they will ensure safe practices, develop and update their knowledge of physical preparation, helping them sustain their physical practice.
Trainer
Pascale Léonard implemented the GYROTONIC® system in Canada in 1997. She is certified Specialized Master Trainer GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® level 1 and 2.
