Synapse C, an organization that promotes the value of data in culture, presents two studies detailing the effects of the COVID-19 crisis on the cultural sector. These were conducted in collaboration with two professors from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Frédéric Laurin and Hervé Guay, and their students. These studies focus more specifically on the impact of COVID-19 on the arts and culture sector and the behavior of performing arts audiences.
Professors Frédéric Laurin and Hervé Guay will be among the speakers participating in Data Echo Culture, a free virtual event organized by Synapse C, on April 27, 28, and 29, 2021. This will be an opportunity to discuss data and culture, to learn more about the proper use and benefits of data, all supported by Synapse C’s expertise.
