We are pleased to welcome Nadia Drouin to our team as Project Manager for Dissemination. She will be responsible for the development and implementation of the support measure for the touring of circus shows, subsidized by the Conseil des arts et lettres du Québec (CALQ). This initiative, of great importance to the sector, aims to foster public engagement with circus works. Her knowledge of the field will also help support the structuring and development of a strong network among presenters throughout Quebec.
Nadia has been working in the cultural sector for 20 years. Trained as an actress, she was co-director of Théâtre Pluriel and artistic assistant at Théâtre ESPACE GO before discovering the world of contemporary circus and street arts in Quebec. Initially Coordinator of Professional Services, she became Head of Circus Arts Programming for eight years at TOHU. In 2018 and 2019, Nadia Drouin held the position of Director of the CINARS Biennale, International Performing Arts Conference. Her expertise in the dissemination of performing arts makes her an outstanding advisor and consultant today.
