Our group workshops encourage professional development for everyone in the circus community

We develop and implement group workshops in partnership with Emploi-Québec and Compétence Culture. The aim: To better equip the circus community to meet the sector’s high standards.

All circus professionals in the community may register for our educational sessions. Rates may vary, however, and priority is given to our members.

Participating in these learning sessions will help you to:

• Further your artistic practice and/or physical or mental preparation
• Structure your training cycle efficiently
• Maintain an optimal level of performance
• Master fields related to circus
• Develop skills in management, planning and marketing
• Know the best practices in your field
• Integrate new technologies to create or manage circus activities

Whether or not you are a member of the Alliance, Emploi-Québec determines the eligibility criteria for the subsidized rate. To qualify for the subsidized rate, you must:

1. Be a professional working in the circus sector
2. Reside in Quebec
3. Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have an open or closed work permit in Canada
4. Be a self-employed worker or an employee of an NPO or company whose payroll does not exceed $2,000,000, or a claimant of employment insurance, social assistance, an employment integration measure or self-employment support.

Asylum seekers, full-time students and foreign workers in the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program are not eligible.

People who do not meet these 4 criteria must pay the actual value of the program in which they are enrolled.

Due to the circumstances surrounding the novel coronavirus COVID-19, our group training Vers une pédagogie plus inclusive with Erin Ball and Vanessa Furlong is suspended and will be postponed to an undetermined future date.


We don't have any online training scheduled soon. However, you can follow some free online workouts that we have grouped together for you in our Resources.
