She succeeds Christine Bouchard (2014-2023), Suzanne Samson (2006-2014) and Michel Comeau (2002-2006), following Jan Rok Achard. The group has been nominated for the RIDEAU 2023 Scholarship Partnership Award for the Destination Cirque program. On the sidelines of its AGM Forum, En Piste is organizing its first Digital Workshop on circus creation integrating technological arts. In the fall, the group held the first Grand Rendez-vous en enseignement en arts du cirque, a project supported by the Quebec Ministry of Culture and Communications. The association launched the Framework Plans for the Development of the Leisure and Preparatory Training Sector, the Guide to the Development of Training Spaces and Circus Venues, and the Certification Plan for Circus Arts Teachers, in collaboration with the National Circus School of Montreal, the Quebec Circus School, the Verdun Circus School, the Magdalen Islands Circus School, and the Horizon-Soleil School in Saint-Eustache. The group is also launching the Advanced Stage Techniques in Circus Arts training course, in partnership with Collège Lionel-Groulx, Cirque Éloize, Les 7 doigts de la main and TOHU, and with the support of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail. Two new programs are also being launched: Circulation de la relève, which aims to promote new circus talent in Quebec, and Mon premier Rideau, through which En Piste supports companies in their first experience of the event. These programs receive support from the CALQ.
