The Conseil des arts et des lettres du Qu\u00e9bec (CALQ) and En Piste invite circus arts artists, collectives, and organizations to submit their applications for this award. Valued at $10,000, this award recognizes the artistic excellence of a circus arts work presented in Quebec for the first time during the previous artistic season.<\/span><\/strong> The ceremony will take place in summer 2025 as part of Montr\u00e9al Compl\u00e8tement Cirque<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  • Recognize the excellence of circus arts creation in Quebec;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Encourage and support the creation of circus shows in Quebec;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the promotion of Quebec circus arts organizations and artists.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Who can apply<\/strong>: artists, collectives, and organizations working in <\/span>circus <\/span>arts<\/span><\/span>, residing in Quebec. <\/li>\n
    • Which works<\/strong>: a circus arts work presented for the first time in Quebec between January 1 and December 31, 2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/h3>\n

      Submission Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Deadline:<\/strong> March 10, 2025.<\/li>\n
      • The application must be submitted to the <\/strong><\/span>CALQ<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Applications are evaluated by a committee of circus arts experts.<\/li>\n
      • Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline are not eligible.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Terms and Award Ceremony<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n

        The award is indivisible and recognizes a single work.<\/span>
