En Piste helps you understand this tool for the cultural sector better. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the vaccine passport: <\/strong><br \/>It is a proof of vaccination against COVID-19 containing a QR code that displays your level of protection. You can present your proof of vaccination in several forms:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/sante\/problemes-de-sante\/a-z\/coronavirus-2019\/deroulement-vaccination-contre-la-covid-19\/passeport-de-vaccination-covid-19#c111323\">In paper format<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/sante\/problemes-de-sante\/a-z\/coronavirus-2019\/deroulement-vaccination-contre-la-covid-19\/passeport-de-vaccination-covid-19#c111934\">In PDF format on your mobile device<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/sante\/problemes-de-sante\/a-z\/coronavirus-2019\/deroulement-vaccination-contre-la-covid-19\/passeport-de-vaccination-covid-19#c111932\">Using the free VaxiCode app<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note that for a citizen, the use of the VaxiCode app is not mandatory as a vaccine passport. They can present their QR code in PDF or paper format. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For citizens: download your proof of vaccination and obtain your vaccine passport:<\/strong> <br \/>You can download your proof of vaccination from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/sante\/problemes-de-sante\/a-z\/coronavirus-2019\/deroulement-vaccination-contre-la-covid-19\/preuve-vaccination-covid-19#c101441\">self-service portal<\/a>.<br \/>To obtain your vaccine passport, then download the <strong>VaxiCode<\/strong> app and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/sante\/problemes-de-sante\/a-z\/coronavirus-2019\/deroulement-vaccination-contre-la-covid-19\/passeport-de-vaccination-covid-19\/ajouter-preuve-vaccination-dans-vaxicode\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">follow the procedure to add your proof of vaccination.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"zoneClick call-to-action\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/fr\/app\/vaxicode\/id1571692711\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download VaxiCode on the App Store<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"zoneClick call-to-action\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=ca.quebec.vaccandroid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download VaxiCode on Google Play<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Operators and Managers: Welcoming the Public, Vaccine Passport Verification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Operators of certain venues and activities will be required to verify the level of protection of individuals they welcome into their establishments using the <strong>VaxiCode V\u00e9rif<\/strong> app. Here are the venues and activities where the vaccine passport will be required: <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; outdoor events and festivals with more than 50 people<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; performance halls, stadiums, conventions, exhibitions and arenas, auditoriums, cinemas, and any other type of hall or venue where performing arts are presented<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sports or physical activities involving frequent or prolonged contact, as well as those practiced during an organized group class or training of 2 or more people, including dance and circus<\/p>\n<p>The vaccine passport will not be required for spontaneous shows or street parades, students who have dance or circus classes in their school curriculum, professionals attending group artistic training as part of their work, or the practice of free indoor and outdoor training for circus arts professionals.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/sante\/problemes-de-sante\/a-z\/coronavirus-2019\/deroulement-vaccination-contre-la-covid-19\/passeport-de-vaccination-covid-19\/lieux-et-activites-exigeant-passeport-vaccinal-covid-19#c111295\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Detailed list of activities and venues where the vaccine passport will be required <\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>VaxiCode Verif Application <br \/><\/strong>It will read the QR code that appears on the proof of vaccination to determine a person&#8217;s level of protection. This status will be displayed in green or red, with certification from the Government of Quebec, determining whether the person can access the venue or not. No other information, apart from the person&#8217;s name, will be visible on the reader. The citizen must also present a photo ID to corroborate their identity.   <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"zoneClick call-to-action\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/fr\/app\/vaxicode-verif\/id1579883180\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download VaxiCode Verif on the App Store<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"zoneClick call-to-action\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=ca.quebec.vaxilecteurandroid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download VaxiCode Verif on Google Play<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The application works without Wi-Fi access.
