These are designed for circus artists, CrossFit athletes, people who practice yoga, or simply for anyone who wishes to expand their knowledge or refine their hand-balancing technique. <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u201cFor my part, this project was initiated long before COVID, but I must admit that it has taken on a whole new dimension since the lockdown. As my classes are all online, I had already developed exercises that do not require a <g id=\"gid_0\">spot<\/g>.
