Early last week, a plan was submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Communications. Previously, a working committee had been formed to maximize the chances of success. \u201cCirque du Soleil was with us, Les 7 Doigts, Cirque \u00c9loize, TOHU, the National Circus School, the Quebec Circus School\u2026 We almost wrote a protocol, a health management guide, thinking that it could help facilitate a return,\u201d explains Christine Bouchard. <\/p>\n The Ministry launched these initiatives to develop guides aimed at framing the resumption of activities while ensuring the safety of employees and the public.
