cooperative that does not distribute dividends <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have its head office within the territory of the Island of Montreal <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have a board of directors predominantly composed of individuals holding Canadian citizenship or permanent residency <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have as its primary mission the creation, production, or dissemination of cultural works, or have as its mandate the organization and representation of artists or cultural workers <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meet the Council&#8217;s definition of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.artsmontreal.org\/en\/glossary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">professional artistic organization<\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-46c944f6ea7b6a752779691f987c9318 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#d90f8f\"><strong>What are the specific eligibility conditions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individual artists may have distinguished themselves in the circus arts as performers, directors, designers, playwrights, or in any other role that contributes to the creation and presentation of works. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3d63a5024ef0f8cbea5c2bc39f585f14 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#d90f8f\"><strong>What projects are eligible?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projects related to these different mandates: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. The form must be duly signed by the proposed artist, collective, or organization.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dee2f78ac87a32690bb19c70a4698951\" style=\"color:#d90f8f\"><br\/><br\/><strong>EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b7176bcb855b2a29e8908709a2febec1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#d90f8f\"><strong>How are applications evaluated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications will be evaluated by a selection committee composed of professionals recognized for their expertise in the circus arts sector and their thorough knowledge of this field and the targeted issues. The Council&#8217;s circus arts advisor serves as an observer member.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/><br\/>The Council, in collaboration with En Piste, the national circus arts association, ensures the representativeness of each jury&#8217;s composition while respecting its vision of equity, diversity, and inclusion. <br\/>All applications will be evaluated on merit, and selection will take into consideration the comparative value of the proposals. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d04c1b94e02d632e5730823fa3c064bd wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#d90f8f\"><br\/><br\/><strong>What are the evaluation criteria?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.
