Please take a moment to read all the updates.  <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>The maximum grant amounts, the order of priority for processing applications, and the timeline for submitting applications have been revised to ensure a more equitable distribution of the budget among members. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who responded to the survey for their valuable input into the revision of the program guidelines. <br\/><br\/>The eligibility requirements and procedures for accessing the program are outlined in the following policy:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-a89b3969 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"&lt;!--[CDATA[https:\/\/enpiste.qc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/2026_AideAuRemboursementDesDepenses.pdf]]--&gt;\" style=\"background-color:#d30f8b\">Reimbursement for Training Expenses Program Policy<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>For clarity, we have simplified the policy below. The official policy remains the reference document used to process requests.  <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-86950085d77ecffd3cdfa36d1d7185e3\" style=\"color:#d30f8b\">The next application period for refunds will run from <strong>April 1 to April 10<\/strong>, 2026. <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Conditions d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/summary>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Be a member of En Piste<\/strong> in the \u201cPerforming Artists\u201d or \u201cTrainers, Coaches, or Instructors\u201d categories. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Membership fees must be paid before the invoice date. <em>For example: If I pay the membership fee on February 12, I cannot be reimbursed for an expense incurred on February 11. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Live in the province of Quebec<\/strong> and submit proof of residence with the form. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>expense <\/strong>must be incurred in <strong>Quebec<\/strong>, must <strong>be related to training<\/strong>, and must be an eligible expense (see below for more details). <br\/><br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> For each request, please fill out the form correctly <strong>via the member portal <\/strong>(see below for more details). <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/details>\n\n<p><br\/><\/p>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>D\u00e9penses admissibles&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d3ef45961f32f2dcd6af931ac4706fdf\" style=\"color:#d30f8b\">All expenses must be incurred in <strong>the province of Quebec<\/strong> and be <strong>related to training<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible expenses under this program are: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training classes, group or individual instruction in a circus discipline or a related discipline such as dance, yoga, Pilates, etc.;  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The admission fee for a studio session for training or open practice; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Circus workshops and courses, as well as memberships at a training facility; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fees for hiring a private coach or trainer; <br\/><br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fees for the technical staff required to ensure the safety of the training session, such as a spotter, puller, etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<p><br\/><\/p>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>D\u00e9penses non-admissibles&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p>The following expenses <strong>are not reimbursable<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expenses incurred prior to payment of the annual En Piste membership fee; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expenses incurred outside of Quebec; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online training courses; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Medical expenses or costs related to a physical fitness evaluation; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The cost of renting a studio to create a show; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The purchase or rental of training equipment; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Travel, lodging, and living expenses; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expenses related to the creation, rehearsal, production, or public performance of a act or show (e.g., hiring an artistic director to develop an act); <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No voluntary contributions will be refunded; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fees for all training courses offered by En Piste (both group and customized courses); Expenses covered by another grant or program (programs from Services Qu\u00e9bec, the CALQ, the CAM, or other funding agencies).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<p><br\/><\/p>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>NOUVEAU !&nbsp;Seuils de remboursements&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-17106036ae0daee8d093579186ae1146\" style=\"color:#d30f8b\">An individual may receive up to <strong>$300 per quarter, not to exceed $650 per year<\/strong> (from January 1 to December 31). Taxes are included in these amounts.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>E.g., $300 in the first quarter, $300 in the second quarter, $50 in the third quarter, $0 in the fourth quarter; taxes included. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The available budget is allocated on a quarterly basis to allow for reimbursements throughout the year. The budget for 2026 is $70,000, or $17,500 per quarter.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>Expense category<\/strong> <\/th><th><strong>Reimbursement percentage<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Admission fees for training*, studio rental* <\/td><td>100%  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Fees for private coaches or trainers, or individual training <\/td><td>100%  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Technical staff fees <\/td><td>100%  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Group classes, workshops, training sessions, or memberships at a fitness facility (<em>e.g., gym, yoga classes&#8230;<\/em>) <\/td><td>50%  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>During the year, the consortium may adjust the eligibility thresholds for reimbursements based on available financial resources and the number of applications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Please note that the following are the designated supervised training facilities: Ecole de cirque de Qu\u00e9bec, Manivelle, Ecole nationale de cirque, TOHU, Cirque Hors Piste, Cirque Eloize, Les 7 Doigts de la Main, and Le Monast\u00e8re. Formulaire de demande&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c71104ff3b1b14da517eb8759917ac51\" style=\"color:#d30f8b\"><strong>All requests must be submitted through the member portal. <\/strong>Requests submitted by email will not be processed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of applications is very high, and the administrative burden is significant. Incomplete or improperly submitted applications will therefore be rejected. We recommend that you read the following instructions carefully:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to fill out the form correctly:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>File names<\/strong>: Each file must be named using the first and last name of the person making the request. <em>Example: LastName_FirstName_GymInvoice<\/em> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Proof of residence<\/strong>: For your<strong> first application of the year<\/strong>, you must submit a recent proof of residence in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format.<br\/>The following forms of proof of residence are accepted: a bill from an Internet service provider, cable TV provider, or telephone service provider; a bill from an energy provider (heating, electricity); a valid Quebec driver\u2019s license; a municipal or school tax bill; or home insurance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Facture&nbsp;<\/strong>: les factures doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9es au format PDF. The proof of payment must include your name and the supplier\u2019s name.
