It’s official! Training studios and performance venues can reopen starting this Monday, June 22, in Quebec. Are you ready?
On May 29, En Piste shared with the circus community the draft of a health management guide for the continuity of activities in the circus arts sector during the COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic, to allow training studios to prepare for their reopening in the near future.
This week, the Premier of Quebec announced the imminent reopening of performance venues and training centers following the publication of a guide to sanitary standards for the performing arts sector by the CNESST. This guide also refers to the guide for the sports and recreation sector for everything related to the physical training of artists indoors, to the guide for public transportation to regulate the transport of individuals during a tour, and to the guide for the personal care and aesthetics sector for the hair and makeup component.
En Piste will host a conversation with experts to prepare the circus arts community for this resumption of activities. The date and time will be announced in the coming days, and registration will take place on the association’s website.
