KEY STEPS:
- Inform the trainer, coach, the person responsible for supervising the training venue, or any other individual overseeing the activity.
- Record the location, date, time of the accident, and the name of the person supervising the activity.

Consult a doctor within 48 hours of the incident. The doctor must provide a CNESST-identified medical certificate and a treatment prescription. If you have subscribed to the accident insurance to which En Piste gives access, ask your doctor to also complete the medical certificate requested by the insurer.
