Mutual aid represents a core value based on selfless sharing, knowledge exchange, and mutual support among members. It is a culture of collaborative solidarity where everyone is committed to strengthening one another. This dynamic of reciprocal assistance creates a community of sharing that fosters mutual support, mentorship, and collective development for the well-being of all members.
En Piste demonstrates respect for each individual by recognizing their uniqueness, appreciating their contribution, respecting the right to be different, and preserving the freedom of each and every person.
Solidarity within En Piste is based on strengthening individual and collective responsibility. This value is embodied in active cooperation between board members, staff, and members for the development and recognition of circus arts. It embodies a commitment to acting in the common interest and through collaboration, thereby fostering the consolidation of the artistic community and the ongoing promotion of circus arts.
In a professional context, conviviality at En Piste translates into a work environment where team members interact in a friendly, respectful, and warm manner.
