What expenses are covered by the programs?

The Alliance covers 85% of the training costs, which include the trainer’s fees and administrative expenses.

Note: En Piste pays the trainer directly; the participant is responsible for paying the remaining 15% to the Alliance.

The maximum hourly rate is $90 per hour. All other expenses related to the training (such as costs for renting a venue, equipment, or supplies, and insurance) must be covered by the participants and will not be reimbursed.

In certain cases, travel and accommodation expenses for trainers residing outside of Montreal may be reimbursable upon approval and subject to the eligible expense threshold set by Intervention-Compétences. These expenses must be disclosed when the application is submitted. Any expenses not approved in advance will not be reimbursed.

How much does it cost, and what are the participants committing to?
