Government of Canada
As of January 1, 2021, the federal anti-harassment and violence legislation and regulations will come into force. Federally regulated employers will be required to make their workplaces free from harassment and violence. RESOURCES OF THE CRIME VICTIM SUPPORT CENTERS (CAVAC)

CAVACs provide frontline services to any victim of a crime and their loved ones, as well as to witnesses of a crime. CAVAC assistance is available whether or not the perpetrator of the crime is identified, arrested, prosecuted, or convicted.
