Description
Instructor : Josée Fafard
This workshop is designed to give circus artists tools, support and new knowledge to help them get funding for their projects. The course includes reference models and grant writing tips and tricks.
The workshop includes a group session led by Josée Fafard on January 17, as well as two hours of one-on-one sessions per participant working with either Josée Fafard or Alice Kop in the month that follows the group workshop.
The group session will cover specific aspects of applications for grants offered through the Conseil des arts de Montréal, the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, the Canada Council for the Arts and other programs. After an overview of available support and of eligibility conditions, multiple grant writing components will be explored using examples and exercises.
During the individual meetings, Josée Fafard or Alice Kop will work in depth with each participant on their respective projects.
