Biography
Graduated from the École de cirque de Québec in 2007 and the National Circus School of Montreal in 2012, Yohann has performed in over twenty countries and is known for his famous duo, Les Beaux Frères, which has been widely shared on the web and television. Throughout this journey, he co-founded Machine de Cirque in 2013, with which he has performed over 600 shows in 4 different productions, in addition to juggling various creative roles. Directing, acrobatic design, outside eye, set design—nothing stops him. Always in search of innovation, he stands out for his creativity and proactivity. He gravitates in a comedic and poetic universe, always seeking to highlight the dramaturgy inherent to circus techniques, while wanting to keep his art accessible to the general public. Yohann constantly questions his practice, which brings a depth to his proposals both as a performer, designer, and trainer.
