Biography
Born in Mexico City, Andrea graduated from the National Circus School in Montreal as a Cyr Wheel specialist in 2021. Her unique and captivating performances have led her to participate in high-profile events, such as the opening ceremony of the GCC Olympic Games in Kuwait with Cirque Éloize, 'Twas the Night Before in 2022 and the opening show for Formula 1 in 2024 with Cirque du Soleil. She has been part of international festivals such as Montréal Complètement Cirque, festival Fresca in Alicante and Ibero-American Circus Festival (FIRCO) in Madrid where she won the 3rd prize and best staging. She uses her art as a tool to address pressing issues related to women's rights and environmental protection embodying a beautiful, meaningful and powerful presence, designed to provoke reflection and action.
