Biography
Vincent Luengo is a multidisciplinary circus artist based in Montreal. With an unconventional background, he discovered circus arts as a child in the south of France at the Passing Circus School in Tarbes, and has been fully dedicated to his artistic practice for over a decade. His work revolves around juggling, clowning, hand-to-hand acrobatics, and walkabout performances, both on stage and in public spaces. He has collaborated with companies such as Opération Bazar, Gabzy Cirque, Katomix, Carpe Diem, and Productions Bernard Lebel, performing in a wide range of contexts including festivals, cabarets, municipal celebrations, and cultural events. Alongside his creations, Vincent also works in healthcare settings and with seniors through relational clowning projects. Rooted in a sensitive and accessible approach to circus, his work is marked by a generous presence, a taste for the absurd, and a constant search for genuine connection with the audience.
