Customized 12-week at-home circus fitness program for aerial artists

Members of the group Circus for Change, Aaron Koz, Max March-Steinman and Bethany Shao, have put together an online guide for aerial artists to build a customized 12-week at-home circus program to meet their fitness goals.
This From Couch to Aerial Fitness e-manual contains over a hundred different exercise videos, recommendations for how to program your training, and programs designed to fit into your lifestyle and around your other life commitments. With workouts focusing on inversions, handstands, active flexibility, c-shaping, and more, there are recommendations for how to progress each movement and workout over time using science-based “progressive overload” principles. Pretty much all that's needed is something to hang from, flat surfaces, perhaps some resistance bands, and a heavy backpack!
Pricing is on a sliding scale. Participants can download the e-manual free of charge or offer a donation. Proceeds from sales will go to making new content, with a portion donated to Food Banks and The Trevor Project, helping people through the pandemic.
